|
- Straight sides, curled rim. Available with or without wire in rim.
- 26 or 22 gauge Aluminized Steel.
- Aluminum material available for some sizes.
- Custom sizes available upon request.

Cake Pan Sets
|
| All Chicago Metallic Layer Cake and Angel Food Cake pan sizes can be strapped into sets.
 Bandiron Strapping
- 18 gauge Aluminized Steel bandiron over pan rims.
- Strapping can be welded, riveted, or lock grommet construction styles.
- Strapped straight sided layer cake pans do not internest.
- Sets can be arranged in single, double, or triple row configurations.
Cross Strapping
- Heavy gauge braces between pan rows secure pans in place.
- Braces increase set strength and improve pan alignment.
