Nesting Adapters - 2 Continuous Piece Extends full length of set on each long side. Can be adjusted to permit minimum nesting or flush to bandiron strap (as shown). Available in 1-3/8" and 1-5/8" widths.
Nesting Adapters - 4 piece Welded to end pans on each long end of the set. Can be adjusted to permit minimum nesting or flush (as shown). Typically used on center bar/grid conveying systems. Available in 1-3/8" and 1-5/8" widths.
Continuous Bottom Strapping Welded all around the bottom of set to prevent bottom abuse and ensure better pan alignment. Available flush with pan bottoms, or adjusted for nesting.
Center Guide Notch A specially reinforced notch can be made to the 2 piece nesting adapters. This notch will allow even numbered pan sets to work on center guide proof and bake systems.
Continuous Bottom Strapping with Adjusted Nesting Line This feature for deep open top sets and Pullman sets provides full end wall protection while still allowing the sets to nest for automated stacking. A tension bow rib in the bandiron on each end is standard for this extra feature.
