Round Bread and Crimped Loaf Bread pans are ideal for making round sized loaves of sourdough, health breads, specialty loaves, nut or cinnamon breads. See Bread Section for basic pan construction details. Individual pans are typically Seamless Drawn 22 ga. Aluminized Steel material. |

- Heat holes over loaf and special delidding bars are recommended for heavy production.

Platform Style Round Bread
Designed for use with automated pan handling and stacking, this one piece platform is ideal for protecting the round pan bottoms. The heavy duty 16 Gauge platform has generous openings and panner slots to allow for heat flow and smooth panning and conveying.
