|
Smooth, round corner construction protects inner assembly. No sharp edges to catch, hook, or injure.

Channel Bar Design
|
Top angle of channel extends over panel area to absorb all depanning and pan stacking punishment. Bottom edge is a curled bead around a wire. Bottom edge typically designed to extend flush, 1/16" or 1/8" below bottom of molds. Channel will act as a runner edge for protection of cups. |

Riveted Construction
|
Outside of channel is securely riveted to inner panel member. Panel edges are completely protected by channel. Tubular and blind rivets hold pan intact without allowing material to tear loose. |

Drain Holes
|
Drain holes allow excess water to drain off pan after washing. These holes are recommended when washing equipment is used. Many standard diameter hole sizes are available. |

Cross Supports
|
Standard "Z" type cross supports riveted at each end through panel and channel frame. Supports reduce torsional movement and eliminate warping. Location of cross supports either customer specified or design recommended. |

Channel Splice Lock Riveted
|
Channel Bar sections are joined by a reinforcement clip section riveted to inside of frame at each diagonal long end section of frame. A two or four rivet design is typical. |
