| Lock Grommet – Channel Bar Construction
 Our most durable, cake pan set design. Individual pans are grommet locked into each frame for the ultimate in pan attachment.
- Individual spun pans can be fabricated in heavy gauge aluminum and Aluminized Steel.
- Tube below top in of pan to eliminate tube breakage.
- Outer channel bar frame and cross supports made of heavy gauge Aluminized Steel is securely locked to inner panel. Riveted for virtual indestructible bonding.
- Each set is strengthened by 14 gauge heavy duty contoured cross braces between each pan.

- Typical design is 2 or 3 pans per set. Other arrangements such as 2 x 2 or 2 x 3 can also be made.

Angel Food Strapped Sets
|
All Chicago Metallic Layer Cake and Angel Food Cake pan sizes can be strapped into sets.
Bandiron Strapping
- 18 gauge Aluminized Steel bandiron over pan rims.
- Strapping can be straight lined (as shown).
- Sets can be arranged in single, double, or triple row configurations.
- Pans can be welded or riveted to strapping and cross brace strapping.
Cross Strapping
- Heavy gauge braces between pan rows secure pans in place.
- Braces increase set strength and improve pan alignment.
