Ribs are embossed upward in pan bottoms to form square hamburger molds. Pans can be made as individual or strapped in sets (as shown).

  • Pans made in 22 gauge aluminized steel.
  • Ribbed section may have round center indents for centering dough piece.
  • Ribbed sections typically are 2-1/4" square.
  • Rib embossments are 3/8" to 5/16" wide.
