CUSTOM-PRODUCED MADE-TO-ORDER BAKING PANS

Baking pans with specifications not found in the Smallwares Catalog can be quoted to specification and made to order.  There is a 200 pan minimum and one-time tooling charges may apply.  Due to the nature of custom pan manufacturing, made-to-order pan shipment quantities can vary by plus or minus 5 percent of the quantity ordered and may take 6-8 weeks after acceptance of order to produce, 12-16 weeks if special tooling or outside processing is required.  Custom pans are quoted FOB Factory, with sample cost, non-stick coating cost and/or freight cost estimates available on request.

If you would like to order more of a pan that you already have but whose specifications do not match any pans catalogued in the Smallwares Catalog, the easiest way to specify it is simply to have your Sales Representative collect and send us a representative sample of it.  If yours is a first-time order, your local Sales Representative can help you specify it.  For more information about specifying and ordering made-to-order baking pans, consult your local Chicago Metallic Sales Representative or request a copy of our Custom Pan Buying Guide (*see below). 

Once your final specifications are received at Chicago Metallic, we normally need one or two weeks to design your pan, to design any tools that may be required to build it, to obtain any outside processing cost estimates that may be required and, finally, to finish processing your request and provide you with a written quotation, via e-mail or fax. 

Many custom-made baking pans are repetitively ordered, with the specifications widely known, especially if the pan is designed to bake Buns or Rolls.  If you are looking for a custom-made Bun or Roll pan, before you order it ask for our catalog of "stock-special" bun and roll pans, the Custom Bun & Roll Pan-A-Log catalog (*see below).  This catalog contains the specifications of all such repetitively-ordered Bun and Roll pans.  Most of these bun and roll pans have been assigned a unique "stock-special" number, so check the specifications closely for your specs.  If you find them, you might save yourself some time and money!
